Benyeh in Downtown Summerlin opened back in in Oct 2020 with the goal of bringing a whimsical twist and modern approach to classic baked goods. Benyeh boasts a menu full of sweet & savory beignets, cream-filled pastries, seasonal specials and a signature espresso-based coffee program, Vittoria Coffee, Australia’s number one pure coffee brand.

 

Benyeh is an interactive experience with the motto “Sauce, Shake, Devour.” They place the freshly-made benyehs in a custom box and add the requested sauce and toppings.  They close the box, and encourage the guests to shake! This mixes all the greatness in the box and creates a fun, flavorful, and sensory experience.  We are taking a fun and whimsical approach to the beloved classic.

 

Our concept is approachable to all from the price to the experience.  Our goal is once our guests step into Benyeh, they’ll leave their worries behind and become fully immersed with the smells, colors, flavors, and unparalleled service.

 

Benyeh also offers an expansive catering program suitable for all event types. Whether it’s a wedding, birthday party, office event, or any special occasion, Benyeh will provide interactive and delicious treats with unparalleled service.

 

The team has been immersed in the Food and Beverage industry for decades and are most importantly Las Vegas locals.  Our team has decades of experience within Las Vegas from working at MGM's collection of resorts, to Caesars Entertainment, SBE and some of the most award winning Chefs in our industry.  From Alain Ducasse at Rivea & Skyfall to Jean Phillippe Maury, and Frederic Robert.
